[Tried & Tested] Q1 Chalhoddeok Mix | Snack

Instant Hotteok Mix

(Bought in Lotte Mart - Seoul, South Korea)


Ingredients & Adaptations
  1. Chalhoddeok Mix (Flour mix, Yeast packet, Hotteok filling)

  2. Warm Water


Directions
  1. Combine flour mix and yeast packet with warm water. Measurements required are on the packet.

  2. Knead the dough and let it rise as instructed on the box.

  3. Grease your hands and grab a small ball.

  4. Flatten the ball and pour hotteok filling in the middle. Do not overfill.

  5. Pinch the filling close and roll into a ball.

  6. Place on greased pan and flatten to cook on both sides until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm.


Thoughts

The instant mix was easy to follow so there is nothing to fault about. It was tasty and I highly recommend it.
