How Did I Get There: Grab
Featuring and inspired by Taiwanese cuisine, Canteen 78 is a hole-in-the-wall cafe, literally. I felt that the cafe location was in the middle of nowhere so do not miss out their minimalistic signboard with cracked edges along their roof.
Their entrance also has a neon signboard so you'll know that you are heading to the correct place!
With bare walls that has cracks all over, the small cafe is filled with Insta-worthy spots to take your photos while catching up with friends and waiting for food.
Their items are reasonably priced considering their filling portion. Unfortunately, we went around dinner time and their Braised Pork Rice was already sold out.
I would not say it is the most amazing Taiwanese food but sufficient to fix one's craving. Afterall, it is worth a try as there is something for everyone. What you can do if their mains don’t appeal to you, is to get several snacks to share with friends and order rice for all.
That's all I have for this place.
